The single xt1900xt-x is more noisely then two 7800gtx together Yes it's running the standard 350watt power supply with no problems.. I had heat problems with my two 7800gtx in sli...With a single ati xt1900xt-x or a single 7800gtx fitted there are no heat problems.. Noise levels are very low to say it has about 7 fans running.
