Mobo and HSF, will it fit?

Right ok, just wondering if people have fit the:

Noctua NH-U12F + Gigabyte GA P35 DS4 together?

Ive had a read up and aparently the Noctua HSF doesnt fit on mobo's with heatpipes...Which the DS4 has.

What you guys think? £40 is a lot for a HSF and i dont wanna be stuck with it if it doesnt fit.

Just got the hardware...and guess what? It doesnt fit, as the DS4 on the list isnt the PS5 one.
