Mobo bundled software

How many of you, actually install and use the mobo bundled software ?

Not talking about drivers here, but utilities... Such as Fan Speed apps, apps to change volts, monitor temps, green eco apps etc....

Or do you just say screw it, I'll do it all from the BIOS and keep my new O/S install really clean...

I'm debating on whether I should install them on my new Z77 Asus build.

I've found the Fan Xpert 2 that came with my Gene V to be pretty awesome for fan control. Also used the USB 3 boost which also came with the AISuite software. Also using Kaspersky which came with it.
