Mobo choice

Hi all,

I currently have an e4300 in an asus-vsta motherboard and I'm having the upgrade itch. I only need the board, as I'm keeping everything else.

Basically I'd like something with 4 RAM slots so I can put in 4 gig for Vista, a firewire port for my ipod, and plenty of SATA connectors and at least one EIDE channel so I can transfer over 2 hard drives worth of stuff.

Looking to keep the budget as low as I can but up to about £100, and I will be overclocking as much as possible.
