Mobo/CPU/Memory Bundles @ OCUK

Guys,

Been looking for a second hand Mobo/CPU/Memory bundle but seen that OCUK have a kit for sale.

AMD Athlon 64 3000 Retail
Abit UL8
1GB GeIL PC3200 CAS2.5 Dual Channel Kit
£165.50inc VAT

What does everyone think about this kit?

Well do you already have a gfx card? Would not get it tbh as the Abit UL8 board is AGP, however if you do have an agp card already then get an asrock dual so you can upgrade to pcie in the future.

already got a agp card....

nothing great but im not looking for much, basically need a box to replace my abit it7-max/2.53/1gb which is getting used in my HTPC......

Whats you max budget? You could get a 3000 for £72, asrock dual for £43 and then geil 1gb value for £58, total £173 but means you can upgrade to pcie in the future. If wanting to cut more costs you could get some 2nd hand stuff
