Mobo/CPU/Memory upgrade

Already have Samsung 24" Monitor, Enermax Liberty 620W PSU, 8800GT, HD, optical drives etc so just need memory, motherboard and CPU. Want 4GB of RAM, not too expensive mobo (no more than £120 inc vat) and a fast dual core should be sufficient.
