Mobo CPU question's

In the near future I will be making a full system upgrade and I was stuck on motherboards until now, well, almost. I have found this m-ATX Gigabyte, but while I was on their website looking at it's specifications, I looked at CPU compatibility and it didn't have the CPU I will be buying, so I am not sure as of what to do next. Wondering if you guys could help me, thanks.

My Pc Will be for, Internet surfing, some graphic design and gaming like CoD4 and Crysis.
Budget around £300-350, and im only 15 so i cant spend a lot or quickly get money for a few extra parts.

No the mobo doesnt have to be m-ATX.

CPU

GPU

Mobo

PSU

RAM-2x1GB sticks (OC dont sell them anymore but I got them already)

I am using my old HD.

The res doesnt really matter really, just aslong as it not really low.

Hmm, not sure but I'm sticking with the E7400, but can anyone tell me if that CPU would/could work with the mobo I said? and do I really need a more powerful PSU than the one I'd put down?
