Mobo+CPU+Ram £200

Hi

currently building my other half a new PC, its used for playing the sims 3/4, zoo tycoon and watching various TV series. The bits we are missing are a Motherboard, CPU and ram. I have been out of the hardware loop for a while and I am a little unsure what the best budget bits to get are for our budget, any help is appreciated.
