MOBO CPU RAM combo work?

HI all, just wondering if anyone could tell me if this mobo cpu and ram combo will work fine?

Intel Core i7 2700k
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
4 x 4GB Corsair Memory Vengeance LP Black (CML16GX3M4A1600C9) PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC, CAS 9-9-9-24, XMP, 1.5V

Will this all work together fine? Buying tomorrow.
