Hi, could i use the Intel p4 541 3.2Ghz with the Intel Extreme D975bx-305 975x (socket 775) Pci-e DDR2 mobo?

and if i can would the rest of my spec work:

GeCube ATI Radeon X1950 Pro FZ SuperCooled Turbo Silent Tec/Heatpipe 256MB GDDR3 VIVO TV-out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5400

im welcome to suggestions over changing the spec but i dont really want to go over £600

You could but you'd get much better performance from a cheaper motherboard and an E6x00.
