Whereby my brother was looking into getting a new GPU to play Rift on high to max settings, but it was mentioned and suggested it may be better to upgrade his mobo / CPU, therefore I've now come into the right sections for further help.
He doesn't really have a budget but ideally doesn't want to spend too much.
