mobo ddr2 or ddr3

from what i've read the EVGA nForce 790i Ultra SLi motherboard takes DDR3ram,

can it only take ddr3 ram, or can it take ddr2 aswell?

Nope 790i is ddr3 only.

ddr2 adn ddr3 are physically different, so unless it has ddr2 slots as well, it can only take ddr3

thanks, and does this board have on-board graphics? if so which model of graphics.

i remember one having the 9300 graphics on it.

the ultra sli edition does not have onboard graphics mate.
