Mobo for BitFenix Phenom MATX Build

Hi folks.
A friend of mine is looking to do a build around the BitFenix Phenom MATX case and doesn't know which would be the best mobo to go for? He hasn't decided on either AMD AM3+ or Intel Haswell yet but would but looking at either the AMD 6300 or i5 4670K.

Can anyone advise a decent mobo for both platforms for that case?

You wont find any AM3+ mATX boards worth a sniff.

Two options there, the SniperM5 has better sound and supports SLI+Crossfire at 8X/8X
