What would be the best motherboard to overclock an i7-3770 on. I would prefer to be able to clock it to 4.4 - 4.6 so i was wondering what motherboard would be the best / cheapest / most reliable for what I want. I will be buying an appropriate heat sink to go with it so the motherboard is my only worry currently.

The more expensive board supports Crossfire and SLI at 8X/8X
The cheaper board supports Crossfire only and thats at 16X/4X, if a single GFX card is all that interests you then it will be fine to use.
