Can sombody spec me a motherboard, RAM, Graphics card, and water cooling kit (prefrably not an actual kit, i heard they are a lot less effective than a home made one) for £450 please, already got q6600 and id like to overclock it quite high.

Also, im not worried about nvidia or intel because id never be crossfiring, unless sombody suggests 2 graphics cards, in whcih case i need to appropriate chipset oviously

not sure what you want your pc for so dont know what graphics card you will need

good Watercooling will be hard to do within your budget, good air cooling will beat or be on par with cheap water cooling

If it's for high end gaming, you'll be looking at £200 for a good graphics card, i.e a 4870, so that leavse you with £100 for water cooling, plus if your wanting to do extreme cooling then you'll be going for extreme overclocking, so would need at least 8500 DDR2 ram, so again that puts the price up. So you would either need to increase your budget or settle with good air cooling. As said above a decent CPU cooler, like the tuniq or noctua will beat or at leat match a cheap WC kit. £100 will get you the CPU and VGA blocks with very little change left.

I'm not an expert with WC, probably will never try it, but I'm sure it'd be difficult to do this on your budget.
