Mobo, mem, CPU and graphics card for ~£350

A friend of mine is after an upgrade. His gear is about 5 years old, so even for the small amount of cash he'll notice the difference.

I'm a bit rusty on hardware, so what would you suggest?
 
Under budget but includes a PSU because if it is 5 years old it is unlikely to cope and a very decent graphics card as well.

I can't do better than that except save a few quid by going for a huntkey power supply, but that is as good as it gets for that money :D
 
Should be able to fit an E2220 in that budget which come in around £55. When overclocked there probably isn't a great deal to choose between them, but worth going for IMO as it's only a few quid more than the cheaper E2xx0 chips. Although for some reason OcUK don't seem to sell them.
