MoBo only seeing 16 gb out of 32 gb

I work in a computer shop, and we have just built a PC with this Mother board in, with 32 Gb of RAM, Both the BIOS and Windows are seeing all 32 GB but Windows is saying only 16Gb of the 32GB is usable, Dose any one know a fix/workaround ?

You need Windows 7 Professional or above to see more than 16GB.

As above. You need Pro or Ultimate.
