After a while playing bf2 i got a bsod, so i restarted and loaded speedfan to chech cpu temp but everything was fine

Looked at my temp probe and one of the heatsinks on my mobo is over 80 degrees (the temp probe only goes up to 80 so it could well be over 100.

All my voltages are low (1.44v 2.8v for cpu and ram) so i was wondering what copuld be causing this?

Could it be the psu throwing too much at the voltage regulators?

Its a ultra d btw qand the sink is the one on the top right

Its a physical temp sensor, if i put it on my hand it goes to about 25 ish so it works

If it's the PWMIC then I've had mine up over 90C without any problems.

Dual core are particularly hard on them.

Is that a small rectangular one on the top right of the board?
