Mobo/ram help!

Hi all
So tonight I got brave and built my first pc!

Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte B350 gaming 3 mobo
2 x 8gb 3000mhz team ram
1060 6gb graphics


So anyway, booted her up, runs great etc. Went into Bios and noticed ram is only showing 2400mhz?

Do I need to o/c or change settings or what?
Or is it idling and kicks up for gaming?

Also, any tips on what to install next...drivers etc?

Install drivers and programs first , update Windows to latest build, 1803 I think it is. Then go into bios afterwards and enable XMP
