Mobo/Ram Upgrade (cpu?)

so i guess ill go the new mobo/ram route and maybe get a new cpu on there as my current mobo is nothing special and id like the ability to overclock my e4400 a lot further. plus have more sata ports, better positioned 24pin/4pin/8pin connector.

is the p35 chipset still worthy or are the p45 etc a much better choice. was looking at this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

but there are so many versions, really unsure what to go for.

or is it worth going 4gb.

4GB is only worth it if you have a 64bit OS.

Geil seems to be the preferred ram on here as well, but the Corsair ram I have has served me well over the last year or so.
