Mobo RMA Question.

Hi

I sent back a Mobo to OC which had a PCI Slot missing due to my brother anyway the Mobo worked fine for ages and now had a boot post problem recently and OC are telling me they can't do anything.

Looks like they think I'm sending back due to the PCI Slot when really it is because of the Mobo not Booting.

They are also saying there ia a void due to the slot missing but that is not the problem why I sent it back.

Do i have a right for them to replace the Mobo or not would you say.

Just reading the Consumer Advice GOV site and have found there is now way for a refund etc due to goods being damged.

In fairness the slot getting removed could have caused the problems you are now having?
Even though it worked fine for ages something could have shorted out.
