Mobo suggestion please

My current board is a ASUS P8H77-I ITX and the jacks for audio are now faulty making it pretty useless. I have requested warranty with Asus but not holding my breath.

Can anyone suggest a decent micro or ATX board to replace this as I am struggling to find a reasonably priced board for an 1155 or is it pretty much time to move platform.

You are more than likely going to have to pick one up second hand now. Any left in retail will probably be marked up now due to their rarity. Keep a eye on the MM as a few have come up recently.

Seems strange how they have all just disappeared its not exactly a really old or rubbish chipset the z77 and ivybridge cpu was it?

It was killed off with the launch of Haswell and production ended quite some time ago. Same thing will happen to 1150 and Haswell when Skylake launches in a couple of months time.
