Mobo window 7 drivers help!

I'm thinking of buying the i7 4.00Ghz bundle and using it with windows 7 RC but i'm concerned about the mobo drivers. I've checked the gigabyte site and it only has the audio drivers for windows 7. Will vista drivers work or what do i need to use?

Most Vista drivers work fine, but W7 has a heck of a lot of drivers built in, including the Intel drivers.

Great thanks, can anyone confirm the Gigabyte UD5 board will work with windows 7 64 bit?

I can confirm the ud5 works with windows 7 RC1 64Bit

very much doubt u will have to install any drivers for an intel chipset board... mine works fine from the get-go as soon as win7's installation is done, infact if u've got a SSD u may find that intels own driver will work worse for now

UD5 works fine with Win7 RC 7100 - doesn't need any extra drivers at all.

Windows 7 drivers from Intel. Run with the " -overall" command to overwrite a lot more files within the OS. Apparently feels faster after doing so too.

Other drivers you should be able to obtain, the motherboards website is never the best place to look for drivers, unless you want out of date ones.

and the mobo manufacturer sites rarely update them.. always go to the chipset maker
