Hi,

Looking to build a pc for my girlfriend from bits I have - does not play games. Are there any motherboards around with onboard DVI output?

I know DVI makes visual differences but does anyone know of the level of this in general apps use etc? Or reckon she can manage with vga just fine?

Thanks

Well, you'd need to specify the processor you want to use really. But as almost all current PCi, AGP and PCIe cards have a DVI output, you'd probably be better buying a cheap 'ordinary' motherboard and a £20 graphics card.

Ok cheers - will probably be aiming at a low end AMD - Sempron 3500 or something. Will look at the cheapest graphics cards options.

Thanks
