So after umming and ahhing about what bike to get I put that to one side for a few days and had my Mod 2 in Bristol at 11:41 today. Had a few naff rides this morning as practise runs and made a few silly mistakes so felt a bit down.
Got to the test centre, kitted up and out for a ride with the examiner. Thought it went okay, had a few times where I think I made a mistake but carried on regardless.
Come the end of the ride we go back into the office and I am bricking it! Sort out the radio, he gets his clipboard and "I'm pleased to tell you you passed your motorcycle test with no errors" Not a single minor. I have been on CBT's for 8 years so plenty of experience. Was absolutely delighted. The ride back to the training centre on the ER5 was the best ride I have ever had!
Phones a guy who's bike I had previously viewed and am now sat here with a ZZR600 E2 sat on the drive. Much nicer than the CBR125 I had previously!
Will get pics up over the weekend but it's a lovely bike.
When doing your Mod 2 if you think you have made a mistake, forget it and concentrate on the ride! Even if you think you messed up you probably didn't!!
