Just debating if its worth upgrading to a new Ryzen cpu i've had this system for 6 years now nearly I7 2600K ( running at 4Ghz)with 24gig Ram .
I do most desktop work and use a anything up to 5 Virtual machines at a time on the system.
Wondering if it would be worth upgrading to take advantage of more cores on the new Ryzen Also i have potential to sell my old ram , mobo and Cpu and cooler to a friend.
Is this worth doing could do with some advice please.
