F00 f00 : Hey folks. I thought Id pop by to show you guys a mod I did a while back.

This is basically how I think the xbox controller should have been in the first place. Its way more comfortable now and my gaming has improved too.

Its pretty obvious from the pics what Ive done. I moved the right hand stick to be level with the left and moved all of the buttons to the back. I happy with the way it came out

Vid link is broken.

I have to say, I've always wondered why they haven't made more controllers with buttons for your other fingers to press. It seems to make much more sense to me than having your thumb constantly moving about to hit them all.

how the hell would you press X and Y, that looks horrible
They look like they're positioned for about where your third/fourth fingers would rest.

ugh that looks painful to use. There is no way I could use the X & Y
A hell of a lot of games use multi simultanious (spl?) button press and that would make them near impossible, unless you have truely massive hands. Then again the guy made it because thats how he wanted it, so fair play to him :)
For me, Microsoft got it spot on.

I've always said the two sticks should be up and drop the buttons down.
Although i wouldn't have put the buttons there, i would just swap the sticks and the buttons.

Seriously people, go and hold a 360 pad and look where your pinkies end up. Those buttons look weirdly out of place by themselves, but they're actually right where your fingers will end up.

Not for me, my hands are too big/fat fingers. I preferred the xbox redesigned controller but the 360 controller is nearly perfect for me.

That mod is awful, but if it suits his hands then fine (he must have pretty weird hands though).

I would pay good money to have a Gamecube pad with a second analogue stick where the C stick is used on the 360.

my little fingers go nowhere near where he has them buttons place the very tip just about reaches the grey band at the bottom for me, i only have small hands though
