Modded PCI blanking plates

Does anybody know a source for modded PCI blanking plates?

I want buttons and LED's, from the front panel header on the rear of the computer.

I'd normally knock something up like this myself but if I can buy it cheaper all the better.

Haven't come across anything like this before. DIYing it is probably the best course of actions, would take no time at all assuming you have access to the parts
