Modding a CM HAF-X

Hi

I have decided to redo my current stup and add a few new bits to it.

I currently have a coolmaster haf-x which I took apart for a powder coat, however when arriving at my local engineering firm they said they were unable to do the powder coat in white and the colors they have I just dont like.

So my question does anyone have any info on spraying there case and if so what you did would be most appreciated?

Said that it would look terrible and since i live on an Island it's a nightmare and costly not doing it here, but going to phone a place tomorrow and take it over to the mainland if they will powder coat it white for me. Spent ages yesterday taking all the compnents out then striping the case to pieces. so fingers crossed

Spray it the normal way?

Powdercoating is better if you move the case around a lot, otherwise just spray it matt white?

Well will see tomorrow what they say at this powder coating firm, if they willing to do it I will take it to them as I am going back to mainland on Thursday for business.

What a disappointment the firm I went to said it's to small a job for them, in frustration I went into a DIY store to buy some spray paint went my wife gave me a good scolding off. So found another firm who I can drop it off at on Thursday they seemed much more willing on the phone and went in detail what options I had so hope this goes ahead or looks like I will need to spray it myself.
