I'm considering doing some light modding to my case. Like maybe adding a side window and getting a few LEDs. How would I go about cutting out a side window? I can't do it myself as I'm not handy at all with power tools.

If you can't do it yourself you'll have to hire a shop to do it. Find a sheetmetal shop, bring the panel, the perspex you'll use to fill the window, and a detailed drawing of the shape you want, and have them do it. They'll probably charge by the hour.

Alright, I have an old kit specially designed for windows in the side of cases. Think I'll use that. Also, how would I go about making my own fan mounts?

That's the design of a typical fan off of Panaflo's web site. It's the one I use.

The dims are, of course, in millimeters.
