Hi guys, hopefully you can help. I have a Coolermaster STC-T01 case, and I would like to make use of the 5.25" bay that is taken up by the power/reset button panel.

I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the direction of a suitable power button/switch (oh, and a reset button too).

Many thanks

Phil

Can't you just use the circuit board on the front I/0 that you already have? Then you can put something in front of that to push the respective buttons.

Wouldnt it be easier to just disconnect the two wires from the existing switch and attach them to a new switch, rather than lining something up to push the buttons.

I was guessing it would just be a case of drilling a couple of holes, securing the switches, and attaching the respective cables?

Thanks

Have a search on google for 'vandal switches' they are available in different colours and look great :)

Yep, any momentarily connecting/non-latching switch/button will do. And polarity doesn't matter.

For starters remove the link, competior links arent allowed and can mean you get banned for a while!

But I think the key switch is used along with normal ones. You use somthing like the vandal buttons to turn on the PC, but if the key in that other switch isnt turned then the button does nothing. You basically have to turn the key then press the button. Sombody correct me if Im wrong though :p

But yea, those vandal buttons are ace, look great :)
