Modem Router for Low SNR

Is there a good router that let's me tweak the SNR to 4dB and will hold it down to 0dB? I am on a 40dB line.

Common answer to this at the moment is the Billion 7800N.

I'm on a 56dB line, set to 3dB and I see about a 2dB swing over 24 hours

That's very interesting as I had a Billion 7800 before and it kept disconnecting. What sort of of variation did you see on your previous router/s?

Anything up to 6dB swing on my Cisco 1841 and my Zyxel.

Out of interest, what sync/speeds do you get?

I would like to know why your SNR varies so little. I am on a shorter line and my SNR varies by at least 3dB.
