Modem Router!

Hi,

I have one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-211-NG which I have had for long time now.
Having few problems with it, so thought i'd get a new one!

Not really sure if there be much difference? so was thinking of getting this

or would someone recommend something else?

The speed goes down, then off! so I have to keep turning it off then back then back on..
I tried my dads modem to see if it was the network.. but was ok on his modem..

Would that unit be a step up from the old one ?
