Modem/XP32 Prob

Hello all,

Trying to install a BT Voyager 105 on XP32 using administrator account but get message saying I need administrator privilages to install it. Anyone know why this is please?

It actually says:

Error Loading newdev.dll

Admin Privilages are required to install, uninstall or configure the dsl software.

Any ideas anyone?

you logged in as an admin?

Logged in on main account (my name) that says computer administrator in user accounts
