Moderate Nat.

Posting on behalf of my brother... When he's at his GF's house, COD MW2 says his Nat is 'moderate'.

I've port forwarded correctly following the guide, but it still says it's moderate NAT.

Would the ISP have to be contacted?

Are you 100% sure you've forwarded the correct ports to the right ip?

What method are you connecting the 360 to the router also?
 
Ethernet for the Xbox 360.

And yeah I'm pretty sure it was the right I.P - The I.P was listed in the router settings so I just forwarded it to that.

You haven't actually said what the problem seems to be - I have moderate NAT on my PS3 and 360, yet have been able to do anything and everything I want to do. What can't your brother do, exactly?
 
Try rebooting the router. I've got mine setup perfectly and sometimes I get that message, which frustrates the balls out of me because I never had such issues until this dashboard revamp came along.

Even the XBL Network test feature is flaky and unreliable as hell. Recently I got that message upon trying to play Gears 1 with a mate. All I did was restart the 360 and all was fine.

And then when you finally do get it working you're met with a bunch of pre-pubescent Americans calling everyone fags or dirty Brits.* :o


*Especially in games like COD.
