Why do you keep deleting my topics

i was asking for help. cant u close it and leave a message

im sick of trying to your customer support and getting no replys to web tickets.

what you expect me to do? it aint just £5 im trying to sort out here

its 3-4 days late delivery + £130 non refundable monitor within my 7 days rights
 
If OcUK have shipped it, it's almost definatly city link that have messed up. Also, the moderators don't work at the shop, thats why the shop isn't discussed on here.
 
No posting OcUK order or returns queries

u people just read the first half and not the rest?

they dont reply via online and phone = do it online

the forum has little to do with the shop hence you wont get any answers here. You just have to stick it on the phones until they answer. It's no different to any other large companies. They're will be a wait in a que for the phone.
 
lol, the webnote system has always been great when I've used it.
I think you should complain less and read the FAQ...

Edit: And why would you order another monitor without actually checking about the return of the current one?
 
As has already been mentioned this forum isn't for any shop related orders and there's nothing the moderators can do to help you I'm afraid so you'll have to persist with the webnote system or on the phone:)
