Modern day coolbits equivalent + temperature check

Just wandering - I cant seem to check the temperature of my GPU (8800GT) any more with the currant WHQL dets. Also - how do you go about overclocking these days with the "new" nvidia control panel?
Sorry for the ignorance but not felt the need to OC my graphics card til now (had the damn thing for well over a year).

You should use Rivatuner. It should tell the GPU temps as well. Its pretty simple to use and it has fan controls and stuff too.

Very well...easy to use and has GPU temp monitoring, very much like RivaTuner.
