Am finally getting better at this now and my kills are now typically higher than my deaths - though perhaps I was just playing with people who suck

Been playing a few FFA matches recently and loving it. Mostly I just run around like a nutter knifing everyone.

That's what I like about FFA.You get the odd camper but it's mainly people running around.That's how I like my games.I simply can't camp as I get bored.
30 for 1 on afghan Free for all. Best I've ever done I think. Tar is awesome, 3 assault rifles mastered and this is my fourth to try. Red dot sight with it is crap though compared to iron sights. Can't wait to get the 60 kills then drop it for iron sights again.

I camp like a beehatch these days. Best way to win this game with the totally OTT killstreaks. Infact my highest accolade is 'spent most time in one place'
AND another thing they need to sort out those akimbo shotguns. The range is far too long.

yep the 1887's are too good,thats what is spoiling this game,people camping to get kill streaks and to get nukes ect,they must put a few game types were there is no choppas or other streak perk
Agreed, and Search & Destroy needs to get rid of all killstreak rewards completely.
It's pointless using a chopper/strike if it means the other team can't move for 30 seconds and in that time you have run at them and gunned them down, totally ruins it.
Yeah I agree even though it's fun starting a round with a predator missle it's kinda stupid because you cannot miss. Where as in cod 4 you could call in and air strike at the start of a match and people had more time to react and they could be very hit or miss.
Where as 3 seconds after a round starts with a predator you're likely to take a couple out. When you consider with hardline you only need 4 kills for one, thats a bit over powered for S&D.

Another thing that is still there is the instant noob tubing on search.
Afghan seems to be the worst for it of the maps I've played it on, someone on the other team killed 3 of us within 2 seconds of the start, needless to say I did it straight back in the next round with the same result...

i noticed on hc search i had the b2 bomber from a care package,and when i spawned for next round it wouldnt let me use it for 10 secouns,just said cannot use for 10secound and was keep closing laptop
Yeah I had the same thing with the predator, I think its a good thing and should also be applied to grenade launchers.
