Its not a cheat as such... some people just have really low framerate or bad connection which makes them hard to hit... some people however DO exploit this to make themselves very hard to hit... was frustrating me earlier in a game... and before you say I suck

- I had 49-5 K/D and closest person was 27/15 or so - there was this one guy who would just run through all my bullets every time and live.

Some people run virus scans while playing to make themselves laggy and therfore gain an advantage.

The game definitely seems to favour laggy players, their bullets register but yours don't.

It's made even worse if they have Marathon, Lightweight and Commando perks. They just run around like demented rabbits on speed racking up the knife kills.

There are always people who annoy us. There is a entire 2000 page thread about why P2P sucks ****ing ass. IW suck. I rage at my monitor when I get knifed from 400 yds away by some noob with those perks

I seriously don't know what IW was thinking... I can only imagine that whoever was lead was a console player... its even worse in that the system they have is actually quite well setup and would run amazingly well on dedicated servers... PC games haven't been using dedicated servers in the main for 10+ years just for a laugh...
