modifying cooler master storm sniper fan controller to work with normal 3 pin fans

The cooler master storm sniper comes with a fan controller built in. This fan controller controls the speed of the force 200 fans taht are in the front of the case and the top. Apparently these force 200 fans use a molex connector for power and a 2 pin connector that goes in to the fan controller. Does anyone know how I can modify a regular 3 pin fan to work with this controller too?

you only need the red and black cables to connect the 3 pin fan to the controller

it seems that the coolermaster fans have separate molex for power whereas my fan has a single 3 pin connector and no molex. Still confused on how to wire this in to the controller.
