Modifying front panel connectors

Hi all I'm sure someone can help............

I'm replacing a motherboard on a Packard Bell PC which has a block connector for the Power Switch,Hdd Led,Pled etc this does not marry up with the replacement motherboard headers.

Is there something you can get to modify the wiring in any way or is it a DIY job
