@mods what's happened to images on the site?

I used to be able to copy the "bbcode" link from imgur, paste it in and it worked.

But lately this seems to have changed?

Normally this link would be wrapped in IMG tags, and it works? But not now....https://i.imgur.com/0L9V7BL.png

I can see it fine on my phone, but on laptop I see the broken image picture:

Happening for me too. I can see images on phone but on desktop, nothing.

Imgur have been rolling out some aggressive changes recently, including the deletion of many many years of historical photos.

In the last week we have been working day and night to ensure as many are saved as possible. This may be related to those changes they have rolled out.

Afaik they also block linked images if youre viewing from a private browser tab.

Also theyll often block if linked from a non public webpage. Dont know if that applies to i.e members market. Might be site specific ?
