As promised I have some pictures of the sticks and triggers.
I am really liking these more then I did the buttons. Theres so much adjustability and they feel so much nicer then standard sticks and triggers.
The following pictures are with the sticks on their lowest setting.

Here you can see the whole on the triggers where you can install the different strength springs and even adjust the tension using the screw. I have to say fiddly is an understatement when it comes to installing the triggers and the springs. Also you don't get any instructions to help with the triggers.

Theres also a replacement D-pad included with the sticks. You can either have a standard style D-pad or you can screw on a little joystick knub. The Knub is handy in things like BF3 for selecting the your med-kits C4 and such like.

These are the spare parts that you get as well. The two silver springs are the original ones the pad came with, the gold ones are the stiffest and the black ones the least. I currently have installed the medium ones which are a similar feel to the originals

You get three different size spacers for each stick along with three different length srew stalks for each stick. The third smallest is for the knub.

I've still not decided what settings I want the sticks set to, but I'm really happy with the triggers. If I'm playing Forza 4 then I install the gold springs to increase the tension on the triggers. Because the stalks on the sticks have a smaller diameter you get a little more travel, also the movement feels a lot smoother.
