Modular Power Supply for i5

Building an i5/5850 rig within the next few days. I'm looking to spend around £60-£70 and know everyone recommends the Corsair/BeQuiet PSU's but I would prefer a modular PSU if possible. How do the OCZ ModXStream shape up? This one in particular.

If the BeQuiet is that much better I will just go for that one and try my best to make it look tidy.

That psu is fine, i have the none modular equivalent and it's never been wanting for power in my i7 rig.

Will the CPU Cable be long enough or shall I also purchase an extender? Getting an Antec 300 (bottom mounted PSU) a long with a Asus P7P55D (CPU connector right at the top)
