Modular power supply

Hi I wonder if you guys could help me. I am building my first pc and I have a modular power supply on the power supply there are 5 8pin connectors on the power Supply all labelled 6+2 PCIE & 4+4 CPU. dose that mean i can put the 8 pin connector for my motherboard in any of them? My power supply is a Corsair rm750.

The 8pin EPS connector for CPU is the 4+4pin CPU cable. Don't use the PCIe cable for this.

I have the cpu cable but on the power supply end can in go in any of the 8 pin connectors as they are all labelled 6+2 PCIE 4+4 CPU

If it fits at the PSU end with absolutely no forcing it should be fine. If it mattered the cables would be keyed to not fit.

It fits without forcing I just wanted to make sure the power supply end was all the same. Here is a the one I have.

Yes, on the PSU side it's fine.

Ok sorry for that. so it can go in any of the 8 pin connectors on the power supply.
