Modular PSU for 670 SLI

Hiya I'm looking to upgrade my pc near christmas time to two 670's I currently have a non modular PSU being the Corsair TX650 which I know with a lot of adapters will power two 670's just about. However I may as well get a Higher wattage psu to be safe which one would you recommend, need 3 power connectors for my HDD, SSD, and Optical drive, 24 Pin, 8 pin for motherboard, 2 8 pins, 2 6 pins. Any suggestions

what's your budget?

680 sli eats about 500w, so your psu is adequate tbh

I just really don't want to use Molex adapters to get another 6 pin and 8 pin, Want maybe a 850W Modular, less wires and no adapters

This is the power supply i have, its really good, and silent, bit pricey though.

Might sound stupid but I assume the braided cable already is the 24 pin.

But I don't see any 8 pins on there, or does it come with a long cable from 6 pin to 8 ?

what i would get corsair AX750 or the 850 (out of stock) the cables are really good quality and the fan only spins @ about 30% + load and silent

id go with the XFX psu its seasonic and the cable splits so you can choose 6 or 8

i own an OCZ mod xstream 700 n seems to be a good supply
