Modular v Standard

Are the Standard always more stable pound for pound.

The seasonic is a big favourite standard,what about a really good modular ?

The two best modular PSU's would be Enermax Liberty or Tagan Easycon.

They usually have better rails, due to the fact there is not the contact there to degrade the signal, it is one less place where the leccy has to cross over in a non modular.

Non-modular PSU's aswell do not have part of there price spent on the modular part, meaning generally they are slightly better at the same price point.

It is how I have found it using quite a few of both now.

Im still going for the saesonic anyway but one of my mates is hell bent on modular

Mine made a racket and I know people with horror stories to say about them.

What about the Antec NeoHE's? They have 3 12V rails; does this help in any way?
