Mofset/Voltage Regulator Heatinks?

Any idea who makes these?, I rememebr seeing some copper ones a while back, something the size of the zalman RAM heatsinks but just twice as tall, any ideas?

This is my board, the VR's can be clearly seen, I count 3 of them but anyone see any more?
