MoH: Airborne help - Mission 5 Operation Varsity (Spoiler)

Can anyone whos completed this, hopefully on the hardest difficulty setting, tell me what im supposed to do at the end when the train comes. The guy with the minigun is insane, ive tried killing him but it doesnt work

i usually end up running around the map for awhile trying to get away and eventually die from the random germans.

Any help would be great

You can kill him. You need to use the run ways to jump onto the top of the train and either plant C4 or drop grenades into the hatches

yeh ive done it now just ran away and slowly sniped him off.

They are a real pain on the 6th mission when 2 come at once :O

Yeah I ran into 3 at once, died in seconds.
