MoH mouse problem

google cant help so I'm hoping you guys can. just bought MoH on humblebundle, on the MP screen I cant click on anything, mouse cursor moves around fine just can't select any options.

I had some weird issues with this one too.
All I can say it make sure you have no gamepads/joysticks plugged in when trying to play.
